Shipping & Delivery

An email will be sent confirming your order has left our fulfillment center, your tracking information will also be included in this email. Alternatively, you can use our tracking form below.

 

TRACK MY ORDER

We ship orders to over x countries worldwide (see list below). As MØDE. ships from the Netherlands, rates may vary per country. Note that duties and taxes may apply if you place an order from outside the EU.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding dutch (NL) Bank Holidays.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

NETHERLANDS

– DHL Paket (2-3 business days)

– DHL Express (1-2 business days) – €20

FRANCE 

– DHL Express (1-2  business days) – €20

CZECH REPUBLIC

Payment, Refund & Returns

You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL and Bancontact. The payment options can vary from country to country.

After selecting your preferred payment method, you will be redirected to the chosen payment gateway. Once your payment has been completed, you will return to MODEROTTERDAM.com and you will receive your payment confirmation by e-mail. In case the payment is cancelled or fails, you will be returned to MODEROTTERDAM.com and you will see a notification containing the error. From that page you can choose a different payment method.

After finalizing your payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating your order number and a summary of your order details. In case you didn’t receive this e-mail within 2 hours, please contact us ensure order validity.

EUROPEAN UNION

We cover all duties & taxes on EU orders. Please note that some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

For orders outside of the territory listed above – duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Some countries may require you to provide additional customs information to our carriers in order to receive your order.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged for duties and taxes then please get in touch. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days of it reaching us.  It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email support@moderotterdam.com so we can investigate this for you.

 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?

You’ll receive tracking emails informing you of the progress of your return.

 

 

Ordering

You can check your order status from your MØDE account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one here click the register button and follow all the steps.

After finding your desired items, there are only five steps to follow:

 

1. Shopping cart
Select the size for your items (if applicable) and use the “ADD TO CART” button.

Review your shopping cart by selecting the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. You can delete items from your shopping cart or change the quantity and size.

If everything is alright, click on ”CHECKOUT” to proceed with your order.

2. Personal details and MØDE account
Enter your personal details and address. If you have a MØDE account, simply log in and everything is filled in with your info. If you don’t have a MØDE account you can either create one, or checkout as a guest.

3. Delivery
Enter the delivery address details. The delivery address can be different from your home address.

4. Check
This is the last step before finalizing your order. Check the order details and if everything looks good, click continue.

5. Payment
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDEAL and Bancontact. After your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary. You will receive another email once the order is shipped from us.

No, you don’t have to create a MØDE account, but having an account has many advantages.

 

When you create an account, you can:

* Review past purchases.
* Save items you’d love to have to your Wish List.
* Save your personal details and payment details for the smoothest checkout experience.
* Manage your personal details, delivery address, order status and order history.

Some of our items get restocked, but not all of them are.

 

If you want to receive updates about restocks in general, sign up for the MØDE newsletter (see bottom of page) and follow our Facebook and Instagram to make sure you don’t miss out.

All items are in stock unless a “Sold Out” message is displayed. This message is shown in the product page and you will not be able to add the product to your shopping list.

 

Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it is not reserved until you have completed your order.

 

It is not possible to add items to an existing order that you have already placed. After you placed your order, the order will be processed. Once you’ve received your order, you can return the entire order or products you do not want to keep within 14 days.

It is not possible for us to supply clothing with custom print, as we pick the designs of our shirts and sweaters carefully.

No, items in your shopping cart are not reserved. They are reserved as soon as you place an order and finalize the payment. If you want to keep a list of your preferred products, use the wish list but keep in mind that the products on your wish list are not reserved either.

In case you are in possession of a valid promotional code, you can simply enter it during check-out in your order summary.

Promo-codes can be obtained by signing u to our Newsletters or they may be shared by our partners and affiliates.
